Please be aware that we have a strict no return policy for all book sales. All purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless a book is damaged or defective upon arrival.
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you have any questions about a book's condition, edition, or content, please contact us at aju.publications@gmail.com before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Books
If you receive a book that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at aju.publications@gmail.com. You must reach out within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Please provide a clear description of the issue and include photos of the book and its packaging. This will help us evaluate the problem and find a solution, which may include a replacement or a store credit.

Certain items are never eligible for return, including sale books and gift cards.
